Stylebook

The Virginia Law Review accentuates substance with simple, readable style conventions. Therefore, while the Virginia Law Review conforms to the majority of the 21st edition of the Bluebook, it also maintains its own style guide to prioritize simplicity and enhance readability. The “Slatebook” supersedes the Bluebook where there is conflict.
